New museum, old tricks
With the success of FNaF came a huge number of similar titles. The story of the robots gone mad in the darkness proved a huge inspiration to fans and developers alike. Night Horrors tells the tale of the FNaF museum where a new night-watchman has the unenviable job of watching over the crazed mascots. The game composes of investigating the building with a torch while strange sounds echo around the night. In terms of graphics, Night Horrors is surprisingly well polished. Gameplay is severely limited, however, to a basic walking simulator. There are no game winning objectives or items to interact with, just an endless walk until one of the rampaging robots finds you and ends the game with a jump scare. While this is a fan creation it still feels lacking.
Mediocre
Night Horrors is a fan homage to the horror giant. It proves to be a mixed bag with lacklustre gameplay and decent graphics. While FNaF fans will enjoy the expansion of the lore, most will probably just be confused by the whole experience.
